AB353-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB353-AA1,1,2 1. Page 6, line 15: after "subd. 2." insert "and sub. (3n)".

AB353-AA1,1,3 2. Page 7, line 1: delete lines 1 to 6 and substitute:

AB353-AA1,1,5 " Section 8m. 346.65 (3t) of the statutes is renumbered 346.65 (3n) and amended to read:

AB353-AA1,1,12 346.65 (3n) If the person injured was an adult who was in the vehicle operated by the person violating s. 346.63 (2) or (6), the court may impose a sentence that is less than the minimum sentence required under sub. (3m) (a) 1. or (b) 1. if the court finds that the best interest of the community will be served and the public will not be harmed by the sentence, and the court places the reasons for imposing a sentence that is less than the minimum sentence required under sub. (3m) (a) 1. or (b) 1. on the record.".
