AB367-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB367-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 1: delete the material beginning with "programs;" and ending with "(a)" on line 2 and substitute "programs. (1)".

AB367-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 4: delete "1." and substitute "(a)".

AB367-AA1,1,5 3. Page 2, line 6: delete "2." and substitute "(b)".

AB367-AA1,1,6 4. Page 2, line 8: delete "3." and substitute "(c)".

AB367-AA1,1,7 5. Page 2, line 10: delete "4." and substitute "(d)".

AB367-AA1,1,8 6. Page 2, line 11: delete "5." and substitute "(e)".

AB367-AA1,1,9 7. Page 2, line 13: delete "6." and substitute "(f)".

AB367-AA1,2,2 "(g) The number of individuals in the treatment program on each of the 3 forms of medication-assisted treatment, specifically methadone, buprenorphene-containing products, and oral or extended-release injectable naltrexone, that are approved by the federal food and drug administration.

AB367-AA1,2,5 (h) The number of individuals who engage in a program of aftercare and the number of individuals who are treated with antagonist medication, such as oral or extended-release injectable naltrexone, as part of relapse prevention.".
