3"operator or manager of the lunchroom" is the individual responsible for the
4administration of food services for a private school, charter school established under
5s. 118.40 (2r), tribal school as defined in s. 115.001 (15m), or school district. A private
6school, charter school established under s. 118.40 (2r), tribal school as defined in s.
7115.001 (15m), or school district complies with the requirements of this subsection
8if the school or school district has one certificate holder.".
