AB37-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB37-AA2,1,6 1. Page 2, line 3: delete the material beginning with "that is participating" and ending with "the school" on line 5 and substitute "for which food service is directly provided by the school and that is a public school, except a charter school, as defined in s. 115.001 (1), or a school participating in the national school lunch program under 42 USC 1751 to 1769j".
