AB373-SA1,1,3 " Section 1g. 13.94 (1) (p) of the statutes is created to read:

AB373-SA1,1,9 13.94 (1) (p) No later than January 1, 2018, and annually thereafter, perform a performance evaluation audit of the bureau of merit recruitment and selection in the division of personnel management in the department of administration, including a review of the bureau's implementation of the hiring procedures required under subch. II of ch. 230. The legislative audit bureau shall file a copy of the report of the audit under this paragraph with the distributees specified in par. (b).

AB373-SA1,1h Section 1h. 13.94 (1s) (c) 6. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB373-SA1,1,12 13.94 (1s) (c) 6. The department of administration for the cost of the audit audits under sub. (1) (dL) and (p).".
