AB384-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB384-SA3,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: delete "requirements for".

AB384-SA3,1,3 2. Page 2, line 5: delete lines 5 to 10 and substitute:

AB384-SA3,1,4 " Section 1m. 196.493 (2) of the statutes is repealed and recreated to read:

AB384-SA3,1,7 196.493 (2) Limit on certification. The commission may not certify under s. 196.49 (3) (b) or 196.491 (3) any nuclear power plant that is proposed to be located in a county with a population of 750,000 or more.".
