AB554-SA3,1,3 " Section 1d. 11.0103 (6) of the statutes is created to read:

AB554-SA3,1,8 11.0103 (6) Private water company reporting. Any person seeking to purchase or lease a public water utility owned by a municipality in this state, or to provide water services to a municipality in this state, shall report to the commission, on a form prescribed by the commission, every contribution and expenditure made by the person no later than 7 days after making the contribution or expenditure.".
