AB582-ASA2-AA3,1,2 1. Page 18, line 4: after that line insert:

AB582-ASA2-AA3,1,4 " Section 34c. 706.22 (1) (b) 1. of the statutes, as created by 2015 Wisconsin Act 55, is amended to read:

AB582-ASA2-AA3,1,5 706.22 (1) (b) 1. A political subdivision of this state, other than a 1st class city.

AB582-ASA2-AA3,34d Section 34d. 706.22 (1) (b) 2. of the statutes, as created by 2015 Wisconsin Act 55, is amended to read:

AB582-ASA2-AA3,1,9 706.22 (1) (b) 2. A special purpose district in this state, other than a special purpose district in a 1st class city.

AB582-ASA2-AA3,34e Section 34e. 706.22 (1) (b) 3. of the statutes, as created by 2015 Wisconsin Act 55, is amended to read:

AB582-ASA2-AA3,2,3 706.22 (1) (b) 3. An agency or corporation of a political subdivision or special purpose district in this state, other than an agency or corporation of a 1st class city or special purpose district in a 1st class city.".
