(4t) Reimbursement of scholarship payments. If, after the 3rd Friday
5in September in any school year, a private school a child attends under the
6scholarship program under this section closes, the accrediting entity that accredited
7that private school for that school year, as provided under sub. (2) (c), shall pay to the
8department the sum of the amount received by the private school under sub. (4m) for
9each pupil who attended the private school under a scholarship under this section
10in that school year.".
