AB608-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB608-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: after "state" insert "or seeds of plants native to this state".

AB608-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 2: delete "savannah" and substitute "savanna".

AB608-AA1,1,4 3. Page 2, line 9: after " state" insert "or seeds of plants native to this state".

AB608-AA1,1,5 4. Page 2, line 10: after " plants" insert "or seeds".

AB608-AA1,1,6 5. Page 2, line 11: delete " savannah" and substitute "savanna".

AB608-AA1,1,7 6. Page 2, line 13: after that line insert:

AB608-AA1,1,8 " Section 2d. 77.52 (2m) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

AB608-AA1,2,3 77.52 (2m) (c) With respect to the installation of plants native to this state and seeds of plants native to this state, as described under sub. (2) (a) 20., all property or items, property, or goods under sub. (1) (b), (c), or (d) physically transferred, or transferred electronically, to the customer in conjunction with the selling, performing, or furnishing of the installation is a sale of tangible personal property or items, property, or goods under sub. (1) (b), (c), or (d) separate from the selling, performing, or furnishing of the installation.".
