AB61-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB61-AA4,1,2 1. Page 3, line 20: after that line insert:

AB61-AA4,1,7 "(c) This subsection does not apply if the department of workforce development determines on the first day of the 37th month beginning after the effective date of this paragraph .... [LRB inserts date], that wage disparities between men and women in this state have increased since the effective date of this paragraph .... [LRB inserts date].".

AB61-AA4,1,9 2. Page 4, line 8: after " par. (c)" insert "unless, under s. 111.04 (3) (c), s. 111.04 (3) does not apply".

AB61-AA4,1,11 3. Page 4, line 14: delete " unless there is an all-union agreement in effect." and substitute "unless there is an all-union agreement in effect.".

AB61-AA4,2,2 4. Page 4, line 16: delete that line and substitute "termination This paragraph applies to the extent permitted under federal law.".
