AB751-AA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 8: after "program" insert "and the open enrollment transfer

, is renumbered 118.51 (17) (a) (intro.) and amended to read:
AB751-AA1,2,27 118.51 (17) (a) (intro.) In the 2015-16 school year Beginning in the 2016-17
8school year and annually thereafter, for a child with a disability who satisfies all of

, the resident school board shall pay to the nonresident school board, for
10each that child who is attending public school in the nonresident school district under
11this section and is receiving special education or related services under subch. V of
12ch. 115,
with a disability tuition calculated using the daily tuition rate under s.

1121.83 for such children enrolled in the nonresident school district, or, subject to par.
2(am),
an amount agreed to by the school boards of the 2 school districts.:

AB751-AA1,2,54 118.51 (17) (a) 1. The child attended a public school in a nonresident school
5district under this section in the 2015-16 school year.

7115 in the public school described under subd. 1.
AB751-AA1,2,98 3. The child is attending the public school described under subd. 1. under this
9section in the current school year.

11of ch. 115 in the current school year.
AB751-AA1,19k 12Section 19k. 118.51 (17) (am) of the statutes is created to read:
AB751-AA1,2,1713 118.51 (17) (am) Following the review and revision under s. 115.787 (4) of the
14individualized education program of a child with a disability described in par. (a), the
15school boards of the resident school district and the nonresident school district may
16agree to modify the amount the resident school board will pay to the nonresident
17school board for that child with a disability.

15district under this section, other than a child with a disability described in par. (a),

16is the sum of the per pupil transfer amount for the previous school year; the amount
17of the per pupil revenue limit adjustment under s. 121.91 (2m) for the current school
18year, if positive; and the change in the amount of statewide categorical aid per pupil
19between the previous school year and the current school year, as determined under
20s. 118.40 (2r) (e) 2p., if positive.".
