AB782-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB782-AA4,1,2 1. Page 6, line 18: delete "3 years" and substitute "one year".

AB782-AA4,1,5 2. Page 8, line 7: delete lines 7 to 9 and substitute "violates s. 344.62 (1) may shall be required to forfeit not more than $500 $100 for a first offense and not less than $250,".

AB782-AA4,1,6 3. Page 8, line 10: delete " $1,500" and substitute "$750".

AB782-AA4,1,8 4. Page 8, line 14: delete "violates" and substitute "commits a 2nd or subsequent violation of".

AB782-AA4,1,10 5. Page 9, line 5: delete lines 5 and 6 and substitute "court may not impose a penalty or any cost, fee, or surcharge associated with the violation.".
