SB21-SSA1-SA11,1,3 " Section 2552q. 84.02 (16) of the statutes is created to read:

SB21-SSA1-SA11,1,5 84.02 (16) I 39/90 expansion project. The department shall give highest priority to the completion of the I 39/90 expansion project in Dane and Rock counties.".
