3department shall award urban forestry grants to groups of 3 or more eligible
4recipients for the purpose of the collaborative development of sustainable urban
5forestry programs. The department shall award grants under this subsection in the
6amount of $250,000 in fiscal year 2015-16 and in the amount of $500,000 in fiscal
7year 2016-17 and in each fiscal year thereafter. The department may award a grant
8to a group only if the group is comprised of at least one city, one county, and a least
9one or more of the following entities:

1723.0955, 23.0956, 23.0957, 23.295, 26.39 (7), 281.69, or 281.72 shall provide an
18annual report to the department for any year during which a grant or funding was
19awarded to the recipient. The report shall include information on the recipient's
20overall budget and activities and shall provide details regarding the recipient's use
21of the funds, including how funded activities furthered the conservation goals of this
22state.
