SB238-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB238-SA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 4: delete "When" and substitute "Subject to par. (c), when".

SB238-SA2,1,3 2. Page 2, line 9: after that line insert:

SB238-SA2,1,9 "(c) The department may not enforce the billing requirement for prescription drugs under par. (b) until 60 days after the date that final omnibus guidance for covered entities in the drug pricing program under 42 USC 256b is published in the federal register or on the Internet site for the health resources and services administration of the federal department of health and human services, whichever is sooner.".
