SB434-SA5,1,2 21. Page 9, line 12: after that line insert:

SB434-SA5,1,3 3" Section 12m. 77.06 (1) (bm) of the statutes is created to read:

SB434-SA5,1,64 77.06 (1) (bm) No person meeting the requirements of par. (b) 2. a. to d. may
5act for a landowner under this subsection where such an act would create a conflict
6of interest with the practice of sound forestry.".

SB434-SA5,1,8 8" Section 41m. 77.86 (1) (bm) of the statutes is created to read:
