SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 531

SB531-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB531-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 9: after "after" insert "December 31, 2015, and before".

SB531-SA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 9: delete the material beginning with "at" and ending with "effect," on line 10.

SB531-SA1,1,5 3. Page 3, line 10: delete "establish the initial" and substitute "set the".

SB531-SA1,1,6 4. Page 3, line 11: delete "by a medical examiner".

SB531-SA1,1,10 5. Page 3, line 12: delete "and" and substitute "by not more than $100 and may one time set the fee assessed for the issuance of a cremation permit at an amount exceeding the amount that was in effect on April 17, 2015, by not more than $100. Fees under this paragraph may be established".
