SB595-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB595-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 8: delete "The letter" and substitute "Subject to par. (c), the letter".

SB595-SA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 14: after that line insert:

SB595-SA1,1,8 "(c) The letter under par. (a) is required to include the information specified in par. (a) 1. for a student loan obtained from a private lender only to the extent that the institution of higher education has received this information from the private lender or loan servicer.".
