SB687-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB687-SA1,1,2 1. Page 8, line 8: delete "(5) (e)" and substitute "(5) (e) (d)".

SB687-SA1,1,3 2. Page 8, line 9: after that line insert:

SB687-SA1,1,5 " Section 14m. 600.01 (1) (b) 10. b. of the statutes, as affected by 2015 Wisconsin Act 90, is amended to read:

SB687-SA1,1,10 600.01 (1) (b) 10. b. The exemption under subd. 10. a. does not apply if the services offered by the care management organization or a nonstock, nonprofit corporation under ch. 181 created under s. 46.284 (4m) or 46.2895 (4) (q) include hospital, physician or other acute health care services other than mental health and alcohol and other drug abuse treatment services.".
