SB707-SA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB707-SA5,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "executive" insert "and eligibility of a candidate for elective office".

SB707-SA5,1,4 2. Page 1, line 3: before that line insert:

SB707-SA5,1,5 " Section 1b. 8.21 (2) (br) of the statutes is created to read:

SB707-SA5,1,7 8.21 (2) (br) That the signer is not a candidate on the same ballot for any elective national, state, or local office other than the office named under par. (a).".

SB707-SA5,1,8 3. Page 1, line 5: after that line insert:

SB707-SA5,1,9 " Section 1m. Initial applicability.

SB707-SA5,1,11 (1) The treatment of section 8.21 (2) (br) of the statutes first applies to a declaration of candidacy filed on the effective date of this subsection.".
