AB1-ASA1-AA13,1,5 1. Page 36, line 2: after “zone." insert “The corporation may not certify a business under this subsection unless the business executes a contract with the corporation that requires the business to expend during the contract term at least $1,000,000,000 on the products and services of businesses based in this state.".
