AB1-SSA1-SA12,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB1-SSA1-SA12,1,6 1. Page 32, line 1: after “(3)" insert “, except that no such contract shall be effective unless the corporation board adopts a resolution to approve the contract and the majority of the state electors approve the resolution at a referendum held at the first spring primary or election or partisan primary or general election that is at least 70 days after the adoption of the resolution".
