AB8-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB8-SA3,1,3 1. Page 2, line 5: after that line, after the material inserted by assembly amendment 4, insert:

AB8-SA3,1,4 “ Section 1w. 51.422 (4) of the statutes is created to read:

AB8-SA3,1,8 51.422 (4) Methadone treatment for pregnant women. Notwithstanding sub. (1), a treatment program under this section and the department of corrections shall allow a pregnant woman who is on methadone treatment to remain on methadone treatment.”.
