AB123-AA4,1,2 21. Page 10, line 21: after that line insert:
AB123-AA4,1,3 3 Section 26m. 196.504 (1) (aa) of the statutes is created to read:
AB123-AA4,1,64 196.504 (1) (aa) “Broadband infrastructure” means infrastructure for the
5provision of broadband service at a minimum download speed of 25 megabits per
6second and a minimum upload speed of 3 megabits per second.”.
AB123-AA4,1,7 72. Page 11, line 4: after that line insert:
AB123-AA4,1,8 8 Section 28m. 196.504 (1) (ag) of the statutes is created to read:
AB123-AA4,1,99 196.504 (1) (ag) “Rural area” means any of the following:
AB123-AA4,1,1210 1. A city, town, or village in this state that has a population of less than 20,000
11and that is at least 15 miles from any city, town, or village that has a population of
12at least 20,000.
