AB128-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB128-AA4,1,5 1. Page 2, line 24: after “s. 20.297" insert “, except that in the case of sexual assault or incest, a group insurance plan or benefit provided on a self-insured basis may provide coverage or services for an abortion regardless of whether the crime is reported to law enforcement authorities".

AB128-AA4,1,9 2. Page 3, line 3: after “subchapter" insert “except that in the case of sexual assault or incest, a health insurance plan or health care coverage plan offered under this subchapter may provide abortion coverage or services regardless of whether the crime is reported to law enforcement authorities.”.
