AB237-AA2,1,7 “(5) In considering grant applications submitted under sub. (2) (a), the department shall give preference to a municipality that places a priority on using the grant moneys and the moneys contributed by the municipality under sub. (3) for the purpose of paying the wages of homeless individuals participating in the grant program under this section.”.
