AB263-AA4,1,5 1. Page 11, line 21: after “cards." insert “The limitation on replacement benefit cards under this paragraph does not apply to individuals who are 60 years of age or older, who are disabled, as defined in 7 USC 2012 (j) (2) to (7), or who are homeless, as defined in 7 USC 2012 (l).".
