AB343-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 14: delete “Subject to" and substitute “Notwithstanding the limitations and conditions in".

AB343-AA1,1,4 2. Page 5, line 2: after that line insert:

AB343-AA1,1,6 “(k) No designations may be made under this subsection for a taxable year that begins after December 31, 2020.”.

AB343-AA1,1,7 3. Page 5, line 3: delete lines 3 to 18.
