AB343-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB343-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 14: after “on return" insert “before 2021".

AB343-AA2,1,5 2. Page 2, line 14: delete “Subject to sub. (5s)" and substitute “Notwithstanding the limitations and conditions in sub. (5s), for taxable years beginning before January 1, 2021,".

AB343-AA2,1,6 3. Page 2, line 17: after that line insert:

AB343-AA2,1,11 “1m. `Designation on return after 2020.' Subject to sub. (5s), for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2020, every individual filing an income tax return who has a tax liability or is entitled to a tax refund may designate on the return any amount of additional payment or any amount of a refund due that individual for the fire fighters memorial.”.

AB343-AA2,2,3 4. Page 5, line 17: after “(5m (h) 2." insert “, except that this paragraph does not apply to the checkoff under sub. (5fn) for a taxable year that begins before January 1, 2021.".
