AB348-ASA1-AA20,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
AB348-ASA1-AA20,1,2 21. Page 23, line 2: after that line insert:
AB348-ASA1-AA20,1,6 3(10) Resident workers. A wireless provider shall ensure that all work
4required for the collocation of its wireless facilities or the installation or maintenance
5of its utility poles or wireless support structures is performed by residents of this
6state.
AB348-ASA1-AA20,1,11 7(11) In-state contractors. In engaging contractors for projects to collocate
8wireless facilities or install or maintain utility poles or wireless support structures,
9a wireless provider shall ensure that no less than 85 percent of the work for each
10project is performed by contractors whose commercial domiciles, as defined in s.
1171.01 (1b), are in this state, as determined by the department of revenue.”.
