AB355-ASA1-AA4,1,8 “(4) Affirmative defense. A victim of s. 940.302 (2) or 948.051 or a crime that is an act of domestic abuse, as defined in s. 813.12 (1) (am), has an affirmative defense for any violation of sub. (2) committed as a direct result of the violation of s. 940.302 (2) or 948.051 or the domestic abuse without regard to whether anyone was prosecuted or convicted for the violation of s. 940.302 (2) or 948.051 or the crime of domestic abuse.”.
