AB355-ASA1-AA7,1,6 3“(4) Deferred prosecution. The district attorney shall offer a deferred
4prosecution agreement to a person charged with a violation of sub. (2) if it is the
5person's first violation of sub. (2) or to a person charged with any violation under sub.
6(3) (f).”.
