AB479-ASA1-AA3,1,2 21. Page 4, line 8: after that line insert:
AB479-ASA1-AA3,1,3 3 Section 1m. 30.20 (1r) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB479-ASA1-AA3,1,94 30.20 (1r) (a) A person may submit to the department a written statement
5requesting that the department determine whether a proposed activity is exempt
6under sub. (1g), except that a person shall submit a written statement requesting
7that the department determine whether a proposed activity is exempt under sub.
8(1g) (d)
. The statement shall contain a description of the proposed activity and site
9and shall give the department consent to enter and inspect the site.”.
