AB531-AA5,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: after “assessment" insert “and making an appropriation".

AB531-AA5,1,3 2. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

AB531-AA5,1,4 “ Section 1am. 20.505 (1) (jg) of the statutes is created to read:

AB531-AA5,1,7 20.505 (1) (jg) Low-income energy assistance. All moneys received from assessments under s. 100.70 (3) (c) to pay the costs of administering the program under s. 16.27.”.

AB531-AA5,1,9 3. Page 3, line 20: delete “The owner" and substitute “Except as provided under par. (c), the owner".

AB531-AA5,1,10 4. Page 4, line 4: after that line insert:

AB531-AA5,2,2 “(c) An owner who collects assessments under par. (b) shall pay any assessments collected on propane sold for purposes of the low-income energy assistance program under s. 16.27 to the department of administration, which shall be credited to the appropriation account under s. 20.505 (1) (jg).”.
