AB587-ASA1,1,2 An Act relating to: Department of Natural Resources rules and regulation of air pollutants.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB587-ASA1,1 Section 1 . Nonstatutory provisions.

AB587-ASA1,1,10 (1) The department of natural resources shall identify all administrative rules promulgated by the department that relate to the regulation of an air pollutant that is not regulated under federal law and shall repeal identified rules no later than the first day of the 36th month beginning after the effective date of this subsection. Nothing in this subsection shall limit the authority of the department of natural resources to promulgate rules relating to air pollution, including rules repealed under this subsection.
