AB606-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB606-AA2,1,3 1. Page 3, line 1: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 4, line 4.

AB606-AA2,1,4 2. Page 6, line 7: delete lines 7 to 15 and substitute:

AB606-AA2,1,10 “(d) Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, a majority of the members-elect, as that term is used in s. 59.001 (2m), of the board shall constitute a quorum necessary for the transaction of business. A 3-member panel of the board may conduct, and decide by majority vote, a trial described under sub. (12) or may hear and decide, by majority vote, charges filed by an aggrieved person under sub. (19).”.

AB606-AA2,1,11 3. Page 7, line 18: delete lines 18 to 25 and substitute:

AB606-AA2,1,13 “62.50 (1h) (b) At least one member of the board shall have either professional law enforcement or fire fighting experience.”.
