AB64-SA14,1,3 31. Page 322, line 23: after that line insert:
AB64-SA14,1,4 4 Section 379h. 20.435 (5) (gp) of the statutes is created to read:
AB64-SA14,1,75 20.435 (5) (gp) Grants for local governments; opioid abuse. All moneys received
6from judgments from any lawsuits filed under 2017 Wisconsin Act .... (this act),
7section 9128 (5w), for the purpose of awarding grants under s. 51.03 (7).”.

AB64-SA14,1,1310 51.03 (7) From the appropriation under s. 20.435 (5) (gp), the department shall

13recovery efforts and intervention services.”.
