AB64-SA15,1,4 4 Section 1da. 11.0101 (20) of the statutes is created to read:
AB64-SA15,1,95 11.0101 (20) “Mass communication" means a message that is disseminated by
6means of one or more communications media, a mass electronic communication, a
7mass distribution, or a mass telephoning, but not including a bona fide poll
8conducted for the purpose of objectively identifying or collecting data concerning the
9attitudes or preferences of electors, if all of the following apply to the communication:

11preceding an election and ending on the date of that election.
