AB748-SA1-AA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: delete “delete the material inserted by assembly amendment 4" and substitute:

AB748-SA1-AA2,1,7 “(5) Applicability. Subsections (2) and (3) do not apply to an agreement entered into between a local governmental unit and a business that requires the business to implement a preference to hire individuals who reside within the local governmental unit.”.
