AB87-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB87-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 2: after “subd. 1m." insert “and par. (c)".

AB87-AA1,1,4 32. Page 2, line 3: delete the material beginning with “for" and ending with
4“years" on line 4 and substitute “for a period of not more than 3 years”.

AB87-AA1,1,5 53. Page 2, line 4: after that line insert:

AB87-AA1,1,6 6“ Section 1m. 938.538 (3) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

AB87-AA1,1,107 938.538 (3) (c) Any sanction imposed under par. (a) that results in a placement
8in a Type 1 juvenile correctional facility or secured residential care center for
9children and youth for a period not to exceed 30 days does not count toward the
103-year time limit under par. (a) 1.”.
