SB101-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB101-SA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 5: delete “When" and substitute “When Except as provided in
3sub. (1j), when".

SB101-SA1,1,4 42. Page 2, line 10: after that line insert:

SB101-SA1,1,5 5“ Section 1m. 867.03 (1j) of the statutes is created to read:

SB101-SA1,1,116 867.03 (1j) Exception for real property. A person named in the will as
7personal representative may not receive any real property of the decedent by
8providing an affidavit under sub. (1g) or have any evidence of interest, obligation to,
9or right of the decedent in any real property of the decedent transferred to the person
10named in the will as personal representative by providing an affidavit under sub.
11(1g).”.
