SB109-SA4,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB109-SA4,1,2 21. Page 9, line 1: delete lines 1 to 5 and substitute:
SB109-SA4,1,3 3 Section 45m. 454.08 (1) (am) of the statutes is created to read:
SB109-SA4,1,54 454.08 (1) (am) A person may practice cosmetology, aesthetics, electrology, or
5manicuring outside of a licensed establishment if all of the following apply:
SB109-SA4,1,76 1. The person owns, manages, is employed by, or is affiliated with an
7establishment that is licensed to provide that service under sub. (2).
SB109-SA4,1,108 2. The person obtains a mobile practice permit under s. 454.085 and displays
9that permit at the location where cosmetology, aesthetics, electrology, or manicuring
10is practiced.
SB109-SA4,1,1311 3. The person displays the certificate furnished to the person under s. 454.06
12(7) at the location where cosmetology, aesthetics, electrology, or manicuring is
13practiced.

SB109-SA4,2,6 4454.085 Mobile practice permits. (1) No person may practice cosmetology,
5aesthetics, electrology, or manicuring outside of a licensed establishment unless the
6person is granted a permit under this section.
SB109-SA4,2,10 7(2) An application for a permit under this section shall be submitted to the
8examining board on a form provided by the examining board and shall include a
9one-time fee determined by the examining board. The examining board may not
10require a fee for renewing a permit issued under this section.
SB109-SA4,2,12 11(3) The examining board shall grant a permit under this section to each person
12who submits an application and pays the fee under sub. (2).
SB109-SA4,2,15 13(4) A permit granted under this section is valid from the date on which the
14examining board grants the permit until the first December 31 following the date of
15issuance.”.
