SB133-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB133-SA1,1,6 1. Page 2, line 13: delete “machine" and substitute “machine if the seller, distributor, owner, or responsible party ensures that each pump or machine is sealed, locked, or otherwise secured to prevent access to the pump or machine's internal card-reading mechanism or that the pump or machine contains or uses a security measure that clearly shows if the pump or machine has been tampered with.".
