SB209-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB209-SA1,1,4 21. Page 2, line 8: delete the material beginning with “operating" and ending
3with “arena” on line 12 and substitute “who has successfully completed the training
4program under sub. (5).”.
SB209-SA1,1,6 52. Page 3, line 17: delete that line and substitute “of an authorized entity , or
6other individual,
who has”.
SB209-SA1,1,7 73. Page 3, line 18: after “(5)" insert “or an authorized individual".
SB209-SA1,1,8 84. Page 3, line 19: after that line insert:
SB209-SA1,1,9 9 Section 5m. 255.07 (4) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB209-SA1,2,210 255.07 (4) (a) Provide one or more epinephrine auto-injectors to any individual
11who the employee, agent, or authorized individual believes in good faith is
12experiencing anaphylaxis, or to the parent, guardian, or caregiver of that individual
13for immediate administration, regardless of whether the individual has a

1prescription for an epinephrine auto-injector or has previously been diagnosed with
2an allergy.”.

SB209-SA1,2,6 46. Page 4, line 1: delete the material beginning with “employee" and ending
5with “(4)" on line 2 and substitute “employee, or agent, or other individual described

13authorized individuals, to acquire or make available an epinephrine auto-injector.
SB209-SA1,10g 14Section 10g. 255.07 (6) (f) of the statutes is created to read:
SB209-SA1,2,1915 255.07 (6) (f) Nothing in this section creates or imposes any duty, obligation,
16or basis for liability on any employer or any other person to supervise or exercise
17control over an individual's provision or administration of an epinephrine
18auto-injector, if the employer or other person reasonably believes the individual is
19acting as an authorized individual under this section.”.
