SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 295

SB295-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB295-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 16: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 2.

SB295-SA1,1,5 2. Page 3, line 14: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 4, line 4.

SB295-SA1,1,6 3. Page 4, line 21: delete “the year” and substitute “one of the following:
