SB451-SA1,1,3 “ Section 2m. 100.20 (2) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

SB451-SA1,1,5 100.20 (2) (d) 1. In this paragraph, “retail food establishment" has the meaning given in s. 97.30 (1) (c).

SB451-SA1,1,11 2. Notwithstanding par. (a), the department may not issue any order or promulgate any rule that regulates the provision of coin-operated soda water vending machines by wholesalers of soda water beverages to retail food establishments. Notwithstanding par.
