SB76-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB76-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 12: delete “par. (e)" and substitute “pars. (e) and (f)".

SB76-SA1,1,3 2. Page 4, line 18: after “provided in" insert “par. (f) and".

SB76-SA1,1,4 3. Page 4, line 23: after that line insert:

SB76-SA1,1,8 “(f) Every 10 years after the owner of a high capacity well takes an action under par. (a), the department shall review the approval for that well to ensure that the conditions of the well approval are appropriate and, notwithstanding sub. (7), shall modify the conditions accordingly.".
