5and Affordable Care Act, P.L. 111-148, as amended, under 42 USC 300gg to 300gg-4
6is no longer enforceable or no longer preempts state law relating to individual or
7group health insurance policies, no later than the first day of the 13th month
8beginning after the date the act is no longer enforceable or no longer preempts state
9law, the department of health services shall submit to the governor a comprehensive
10strategy to ensure that residents of this state have access to affordable health
11coverage and health care.”.
