AB55-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB55-AA1,1,3 21. Page 3, line 6: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
3page 4, line 4, and substitute:
AB55-AA1,1,11 4“980.08 (4) (dm) 1. a. Ensure that The distance between the person's placement
5is into a residence that is not less than 1,500 feet from and any school premises, child
6care facility, public park, place of worship, or youth center. A person is not in violation
7of a condition or rule of supervised release under sub. (7) (a) that specifies a minimum
8distance
if any the school premises, child care facility, public park, place of worship,
9or youth center that is closer than the minimum distance is established within 1,500
10feet from the person's residence
after he or she is placed in the residence under this
11section.
AB55-AA1,2,612 b. If the person committed a sexually violent offense against an adult at risk,
13as defined in s. 55.01 (1e), or an elder adult at risk, as defined in s. 46.90 (1) (br),

1ensure that the distance between the person's placement is into a residence that is
2not less than 1,500 feet from
and a nursing home or an assisted living facility. A
3person is not in violation of a condition or rule of supervised release under sub. (7)
4(a) that specifies a minimum distance if a nursing home or an assisted living facility
5that is closer than the minimum distance is established within 1,500 feet from the
6person's residence
after he or she is placed in the residence under this section.
AB55-AA1,2,157 c. If the person is a serious child sex offender, ensure that the distance between
8the person's placement is into a residence that is not on a property adjacent to and
9a property where a child's primary residence exists. For the purpose of this
10subdivision, adjacent properties are properties that share a property line without
11regard to a public or private road if the living quarters on each property are not more
12than 1,500 feet apart.
A person is not in violation of a condition or rule of supervised
13release under sub. (7) (a) that specifies a minimum distance if a child establishes
14primary residence in a property adjacent to the person's residence that is closer than
15the minimum distance
after the person is placed in the residence under this section.”.
